Since these are edible products, returns are not accepted.

 

Refunds will be processed only in case of faulty receipt of items. Evidence may be required.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please understand that due to the nature of our product we have tried our upmost best to wrap the products to the best of our ability and some items may be slightly damaged due to shipping which is out of our control. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your evidence of "receipt of faulty items", and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Add Your Own Logo Toppers
If you wish to design the topper yourself, or upload your own logo, please bear in mind that colours print differently on edible paper using edible ink.
Here are a few pointers to consider when uploading your design:
-When you upload your design, please upload it as a square image rather than as a circle.
-Bold, Dark text prints best, but if you do have light/pastel text then to ensure it can be read well, please add a black shadow behind the text, or a black outline around the text. 
-Similarly, if you are using black text over a coloured background/image, adding a small white shadow to the text really helps.
-If you wish to have white text over a light coloured background, please ensure you add a small black outline to the white text, otherwise the text won't be very clear.
-White backgrounds work best, but light colours also look great. If you would like a dark background, then we will add a small white border to ensure that the ink doesn't run into the drink so please bear that in mind.
-Metallic colours don't print great, but especially try to avoid using silver.

We will print the designs the customer uploads as is, so please try to adhere to the design principles above so that the toppers are legible.
We will not offer any refunds/replacements on Add Your Own Logo toppers as the design is printed as we receive it, and it is the customers responsibility to ensure the design they upload adheres to the design principles above.
