Shipping Policy

We ship using Royal Mail Signed For, please allow up to 10 working days for standard delivery, and 4 working days for express. We currently do not supply Internationally. Please ensure you order your toppers within plenty time of your event as, even though we deliver using Royal Mail first class, due to COVID-19 disruptions they do not guarantee next day delivery. If your delivery date is postponed due to Royal Mail disruptions, we will only be able to refund you the shipping costs.

If a tracking # is provided by Royal Mail, we will update your order with the tracking information. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Since these are edible products, returns are not accepted.


Refunds will be processed only in case of faulty receipt of items. Evidence may be required.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please understand that due to the nature of our product we have tried our upmost best to wrap the products to the best of our ability and some items may be slightly damaged due to shipping which is out of our control. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your evidence of "receipt of faulty items", and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
